Breathing Training with Sead & Michaela
Breathing is our most important need and act to survive. We breathe about 22,000 times a day and it happes by itself without us thinking about it. At the same time, we can consciously change it, play with it and use it as a tool to activate or slow down our own nervous system.
The first step is to understand the mechanics of breathing. Which muscles are activated when we inhale and which when we exhale. The next step is to understand which technique is responsible for which action in our nervous system and how we can play with it. We understand the difference between mouth and nose breathing and know which technique is best when.
